Dr. Fusion is the secondary antagonist in Wet Side Story. He is portrayed by Kevin Chamberlin.who is the butler in Jessie.
He also works with Les Camembert.
History
He is hired by Les Camembert to help him with his diabolical weather machine.
He is told by Mckenzie and Brady that he is in a film and he is one of the villians.
